Maxwell’s Music House offers Jam Space (Rehearsal Space) for bands looking to book by the hour.

Stage: Practice on Maxwell’s very own concert stage where hundreds of world class bands and musicians have played!

Stage comes equipped with a full PA system which includes monitors, main speakers, mics/stands/cables, 12 available channels, and an assistant sound technician to get you started. Drum kit is also available (please bring your own breakables).

Rates are $40/hour and is only available when there are no concerts/events booked. The most available times are Sunday/Monday and Wednesday evenings, 9pm-12am, Saturday Afternoons 12pm-7pm, Sunday afternoons 4pm-7pm, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday and Friday daytime 11am-3pm.

Upstairs rooms: Based on similar availability as noted above; $7/person/hour. Evenings and weekends minimum of 3 people (minimum of $21 per hour). Comes with a drum kit, powered monitor, mic/cable/stand.
